The Hon’ble National Company Law Tribunal, Mumbai (NCLT) has pronounced an order on April, 13, 2023 approving the resolution plan submitted by AM Mining India Private Limited with respect to the corporate insolvency resolution process of the Indian Steel Corporation Limited (the “Company”) under Section 31 of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 (resolution plan, as approved, the “Resolution Plan”).

All actions in relation to acquisition of the Company have been completed in accordance with the Resolution Plan and a new board of directors of the Company was constituted on May 6, 2023.

We are in the process of changing the name of the Company from Indian Steel Corporation Limited to AM/NS Gandhidham Limited in accordance with applicable laws.
